About the role
We’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Relations Advisers to join a team in either Birmingham or Cardiff.
This is a full-time role over 37 hours, 5 days per week, although requests to work flexibly over 4 days or for a minimum of 25 hours per week will be considered. They offer flexible and hybrid working during the operational hours of 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday with the option to work from home 3 days per week.
Starting salary of £21,879.

As a Customer Relations Advisor, the mission is to simply be the best, delivering excellent service and support to anyone who contacts them for help with complaints and concerns.
You will be part of an established team who delivers a complaint handling service to customers in England and Wales.
Responsibilities
Handling complaints against water companies either in writing or by phone
Engaging with water companies to make sure you get the best possible outcome for your customer
Maintaining accurate records on the database system
Working with colleagues to escalate individual complaints
Sharing complaint handling best practices with your team
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and prioritisation skills
Adaptability to change
Experience working well within a team
