Claims Support Agent
£19,500 per year
This role will involve working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm at the office based in Quorum Business Park. There is a hybrid-working model available, working 8 days a month in the office, after the initial training is completed.
The role:
- Working closely with suppliers and our operations to ensure that all transactions are processed quickly, accurately and at the lowest cost to the business. 
- Handle work allocated to you by your Team Manager in line with agreed authority levels 
- Manage wide range of payment types within permitted authority limits, based on claims requirements 
- Maintain Claims Support workflow to a high standard, ensuring all actions are documented correctly and promptly, and Claims systems are kept accurate and up to date 
- Processing incoming and outgoing post/documentation to ensure it is directed to the relevant recipient 
- Support the Claims function in meeting customers’ needs and delivering continuous service improvements 
About you:
- Ability to react quickly to changing Claims processes 
- Proactively react to incoming workflows 
- Ability to multitask between numerous systems and portals
