Claims Support Agent
£19,500 per year
This role will involve working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm at the office based in Quorum Business Park. There is a hybrid-working model available, working 8 days a month in the office, after the initial training is completed.
Working closely with suppliers and our operations to ensure that all transactions are processed quickly, accurately and at the lowest cost to the business.
Handle work allocated to you by your Team Manager in line with agreed authority levels
Manage wide range of payment types within permitted authority limits, based on claims requirements
Maintain Claims Support workflow to a high standard, ensuring all actions are documented correctly and promptly, and Claims systems are kept accurate and up to date
Processing incoming and outgoing post/documentation to ensure it is directed to the relevant recipient
Support the Claims function in meeting customers’ needs and delivering continuous service improvements
Ability to react quickly to changing Claims processes
Proactively react to incoming workflows
Ability to multitask between numerous systems and portals
