One of the most respected household names in Financial Planning and Wealth Management are looking to add to their Operations team in Newcastle City Centre.
Whether you’re an experienced Financial Administrator, or a recent graduate, we are keen to speak with candidates who would like to work for a financial institution whose centuries of success speaks for itself.
As a Financial Administrator, you will be assisting with producing and collating information for client reports and be involved in valuing clients’ investment portfolios and statements.
This role is offered on a 6-month fixed term contract, working 35 hours a week (Monday - Friday) in their modern Newcastle office.
You will:
Manage client reporting projects
Support data reconciliations and help with distributing electronic data
Collaborate and liaise with other departments within the business
Answer queries on client reports
About you:
Experience dealing with large volumes of data
Be organised, meticulous and have fantastic attention to detail
Excellent Excel skills
You will have a great understanding of the financial services sector
