About the role
Our client is an award-winning law firm with a national presence. They are looking to add an admin assistant to their Business Support Team in their Manchester Office.
This opportunity is offered to work full-time in the Manchester office, on a fixed term contract basis of 12-15 months.
We are keen to speak to experienced administrators who are professional and courteous.
About the role:
Provide general office admin support including photocopying, scanning and filing.
Assist fee earners and all departments as needed.
Create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors to the firm.
Make sure meeting rooms are kept to a high standard to create a positive impression for clients.
About you:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Able to deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Proactive and self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Skilled with all MS Office Packages
