Admin Assistant

About the role

Our client is an award-winning law firm with a national presence. They are looking to add an admin assistant to their Business Support Team in their Manchester Office.

This opportunity is offered to work full-time in the Manchester office, on a fixed term contract basis of 12-15 months.

We are keen to speak to experienced administrators who are professional and courteous.

About the role:

  • Provide general office admin support including photocopying, scanning and filing.

  • Assist fee earners and all departments as needed.

  • Create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors to the firm.

  • Make sure meeting rooms are kept to a high standard to create a positive impression for clients.

About you:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder

  • Able to deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Skilled with all MS Office Packages
