They’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Account Manager. The focus of this role is to build strong relationships and deliver a world-class service to new and existing customers, as well as third-party relationships.

This is a hybrid role with currently 1 day per month in their office in Durham.
Great working hours – 37 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm!
Salary: £21,000 - £24,000
Responsibilities:
Putting together sales quotations for new clients
Retaining existing clients
Providing aftersales support to clients
Contacting existing clients to discuss additional services
Working towards monthly targets and KPI’s
Building strong relationships with clients
Resolving queries
Work hard to become an SME for your clients
Support the wider team and business
About you:
Passionate customer experience
Previous experience in a sales or account management role
Proven track record of success in a similar role
Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Ability to manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Excellent communication skills at all levels
