About the role

They’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Account Manager. The focus of this role is to build strong relationships and deliver a world-class service to new and existing customers, as well as third-party relationships.

This is a hybrid role with currently 1 day per month in their office in Durham.

Great working hours – 37 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm!

Salary: £21,000 - £24,000

Responsibilities:

  • Putting together sales quotations for new clients

  • Retaining existing clients

  • Providing aftersales support to clients

  • Contacting existing clients to discuss additional services

  • Working towards monthly targets and KPI’s

  • Building strong relationships with clients

  • Resolving queries

  • Work hard to become an SME for your clients

  • Support the wider team and business

About you:

  • Passionate customer experience

  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

  • Ability to manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
