About the role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Onsite Technician to join a leading employer based in Newcastle. You will provide expert technical support across the organisation, managing incidents and requests related to the workplace IT environment. As a Senior Onsite Technician, you will ensure compliance with technical standards, policies, and procedures while delivering top-quality service

 Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Act as a proximity support expert for IT-related matters, including computers, printers, meeting rooms, onboarding/offboarding processes, inventory management, and licensing.

• Ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and KPIs.

• Install and configure IT equipment and devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals, across both Windows and iOS environments.
