About the role
A widely recognised Financial Services company that operates worldwide is looking to recruit Support Officers to work within their Customer Services team. This role is offered on a temporary basis until the end of December, working 35 hours a week. Their modern and comfortable office is located on the outskirts of Newcastle.
As a Support Officer, you will be curious, eager and passionate about providing great service to customers.
Duties will include:
General mortgage processing and admin duties
Adhering to policies and procedures
Speak with customers and brokers on the phone for mortgage updates
Work collaboratively with colleagues
Represent the brand and products in a positive manner
Skills:
Attention to detail while working within a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PC literate with good admin skills
Previous experience of communication with customers via phone and email
Strong service delivery ethic, including the ability to work under pressure with tight timescales for deadlines.
