About the role
Our client is an award-winning law firm with a national presence. They are looking to add a senior administrator to their small facilities team, in the Leeds Office.
This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week, Monday- Friday, on a permanent basis.

About the role:
Provide general administrative support including document management, photocopying, and scanning, courier and post receipt and delivery, court deliveries; and assisting departments and fee earners as required.
Supervise the admin assistants liaising with the Facilities Manager, and Facilities Coordinator as and when required.
Adhoc assistance to the Client Experience team including assisting with room set up.
Liaise with Facilities Coordinator in relation to maintenance and repairs to equipment.
Ensure stationery and refreshments are replenished regularly, liaise with Facilities Coordinator
Maintain client and visitor confidentiality.
About you:
Previous experience of providing admin support within a professional services environment
Client focused with exceptional customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated
