About the role
We’re looking for someone who is experienced in building out solid, practical frameworks within businesses from a Scrum (Agile) perspective.

The opportunity:
Being a scrum master within this rapidly expanding business, you will take current processes and work with internal and external teams to improve workload and project prioritisation to better suit all involved. It will entail coaching adaptive Scrum teams in the ways of agile working.
You will:
Be based in Newcastle or Leicester and be able to commute to the office 2 days per week.
Coach teams in the transition to Agile ways of working.
Support 2-3 scrum teams.
Plan and implement scrum ceremonies with teams and the Product Owner.
Effectively report on team metrics and progress, with focus on continuous improvement.
Support teams to achieve goals by removing impediments.
Administrate sprint tools (Microsoft Azure DevOps) with regular monitoring and analysis of sprint cadence and efficiency.
Work with wider teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners to plan increments, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.
Facilitating effective, transparent communication within the team and externally.

The ideal candidate will also be confident in dealing with senior staff and challenge procedures and ways of working where appropriate. You should be familiar in dealing with transitional projects, preferably in the IT sector.
