About the role
A full-service law firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne, who operate on a national basis, are looking to add an office services assistant to their Newcastle office.
This role is offered on a permanent basis, working 8.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday in the office.
Working within the office services team you will be involved in all aspects of administration and front-of-house duties. We are keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience of working within an office, or front of house hotel environment.
About the role:
Greet clients and visitors to the business and provide refreshments.
Presence in the reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving duties.
Provide admin support to the central services team as required.
Assist with office moves including moving furniture.
Set up functions, seminars, and staff events.
Make sure office facilities are well stocked and meeting rooms are prepped.
Self-motivated and organised, thrives in a team environment.
Strong communicator and able to prioritise tasks.
Good general IT skills and good knowledge of MS Office products
Front of House experience within a hotel or office environment
