We’re looking for a Meter Reading Resolution Specialist to join a company based in Durham on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Salary £22,213 - £27,766 (pro-rata) plus a discretionary bonus potential of up to 8% of your annual salary.
This is a hybrid role with flexible hours.
Your key responsibilities will involve building staff relationships and delivering a world-class service to new and existing customers as well as third-party relationships. Working as part of a busy and dynamic service delivery team, you will have worked in a customer-facing role and have experience reviewing data and making informed decisions.
The role:
Ability to review data
Able to identify opportunities to offer customers value-added services, utilising meter read data where appropriate
Fully IT literate with experience of working on multiple IT systems
A strong communicator, able to confidently liaise with stakeholders
Good attention to detail
Able to make informed decisions on meter asset defects
Able to monitor resolution efficient systems performance
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
