Do you want to be part of a growing Professional Services business with a supportive HR team?

We are working with a leading North East organisation to support with the recruitment of a HR Assistant/Advisor.

Salary of up to £28,000.

This is a generalist role providing recruitment and HR support across the business and supporting managers with best practice.

You will be a key part of the HR team providing generalist HR support as well as:

  • Providing recruitment and hiring support to hiring managers

  • Shortlisting and arranging interviews

  • Posting roles out to the correct channels

  • Induction process

  • Giving advice and guidance within best practice

  • Supporting with disciplinaries and grievances

  • Conducting exit interviews

  • Updating policies and procedures

  • Other general ad-hoc HR duties as requested

What you will receive:

What we are looking for:

  • CIPD qualified minimum level 3 (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience of recruitment and onboarding and exit interviews

  • Time management and organisational skills

  • Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
