We are working with a Manufacturing business in Cramlington who, due to promotion, have an opening in their team for a Generalist HR Coordinator.

The role reports into the HR Director and will oversee and strengthen relationships across the region by providing a full HR support to the business by supporting with various projects and focussing on HR analysis and reporting key data. Supporting candidates through the full employee lifecycle.
They are looking for 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role and someone who has the desire to progress into a broader role, gaining some European exposure.
For this role, you will hold or be studying towards a relevant HR qualification, with experience of using HR systems, and the ability to work proactively and flexibly in a fast-moving environment.
