About the role
We are currently working with an award-winning company based in Darlington who are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team.
This is a permanent role which offers Hybrid working.
The opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join a strong HR Function within a fat-paced HR department. You will provide administrative and advisory HR support to the business; this role would be ideal for a HR Assistant looking for development or a Senior HR Admin who is looking to take the next step in their career.
You will:
Issue and create change of terms documents and advising line managers where necessary along with required administration
Log and process absence
Advise and guide managers on absence including escalation points, assisting in RTW and welfare meetings
Provide reports on key MI such as absence turnover
Process and monitor company benefits and their providers
Advise and process flexible working requests
Issue letters of overpayments
Assist the ER Advisor with first line ER issues
Collate monthly payroll data relating to areas of responsibility e.g. absence
Keep up to date with current employment legislation
The ideal candidate will be driven, resilient, confident with a keen interest in HR and the desire to learn.
How we will reward you:
A salary between £23,000 and £26,000 dependent on experience
25 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 wit service
