Based in North Tyneside our client in the Healthcare sector has an opportunity to join their Operations HR team as an HR Advisor reporting into the HR Manager.

You will be at the forefront with a designated area providing a comprehensive HR service to all line managers, ensuring consistency of service and responsible for all recruitment activity and pre-employment checks of new starters working closely with the HR Assistants.

This will be a generalist role involving ER processes, absence management, grievances, organisational change, coaching and training of line managers and travel to various sites.

There will also be the opportunity to be involved in some project initiatives across the team.

£27,055 - £32,934 DOE, full time flexible working week, hybrid working, travel expenses, lease car scheme, health and wellbeing offer and excellent pension are on offer.
