Location: Middlesbrough (Hybrid Working Available)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our client in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR function with the flexibility of hybrid working, combining office presence with home-based working.
About the Role
As a generalist HR Advisor, you will support a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with managers and employees, you will provide expert advice, ensuring HR policies are applied effectively and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
Support employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Contribute to HR policy development and implementation
Support learning and development initiatives
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in a generalist HR role, ideally CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above desirable)
Confident in handling a variety of HR issues with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
Organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business
