The opportunity has evolved in recent months and as such they are on the look out for an experienced Head of Product or Senior Product Manager who will come in and lead the development, strategy and direction of the full business portfolio. It cannot be understated how important this role is to the business as it really is key to hitting all business objectives for not only the current and next financial year but also the one after that. As such, you should have a customer-focused outlook on like and possess an impressive track record in defining, building and scaling business products in particularly fast paced environments.
Make no mistake that working in this company will be a fantastic step for you but you have to be aware that you will be in a strategic role that requires a lot of hands on action.
As well as defining and driving the product roadmap you will lead cross-functional teams within areas such as software engineering, marketing and sales.
You will report directly to the CTO and will be a key visionary that oversees all stages of the product development straight through to the laucnh.
For this role you should have:
More than 5 years in Product Management with the majority of this time being in a senior leadership role
Experience in building and scaling products in high-growth envrionments
Possess detailed knowledge of AGILE development methodologies and coming from a technical background
On top of this, the role is fully remote and gives you the oppoortunity to work from anywhere in the UK.
