Due to business growth, we are looking to add talented people to a friendly Credit Card team based in Newcastle.
You will be able to help customers with their card enquiries, such as balance checks or general questions. For the right people, this is a unique opportunity to build a successful career within financial services. We’re looking for customer service champions who are really looking to make a difference in someone’s life!
Using your excellent listening and rapport-building skills gained from retail, hospitality, leisure, or a call centre environment, you’ll receive inbound calls from customers and provide an outstanding customer experience. By taking responsibility for each customer, you’ll use your own judgement to resolve queries appropriately – but don’t worry, full training will be provided so that you can do your role effectively.
Shift patterns: Monday to Thursday 9:45am-6pm, Sunday 9am-3pm with Fridays and Saturdays free.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary between £19,500 to £21,500 depending on your experience, and a broad choice of benefits including discounts on your shopping.
