Customer Service Advisor
Newcastle
Basic Salary £19,500 - £21,000
Shift Pattern
You will work a various shift pattern across a 9-week rotation between the hours of 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays on a shorter 6.5-hour shift.

You’ll provide outstanding customer service as you help credit card customers with general enquiries such as change of address and balance checks.
