Customer Service Advisor
£21,000 + up to 5% Bonus + Benefits

We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to answer inbound telephone calls from customers and provide a seamless service.
You’ll always be able to plan ahead with a set 3-week shift rotation Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and only 1 in 3 Saturday’s between 9am and 4pm.
Once you’ve successfully completed your training, you’ll have full flexibility and all of the equipment needed to enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working. All we ask is that you spend 8 days per month in the office so we can make sure you feel part of the team.
