Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are working with a client based in the heart of Durham to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis, potentially leading to a permanent role for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will need to be fully flexible to work shift patterns Monday - Saturday, with various shift patterns to choose from Including a 4 day working week!

Full training will be provided, however experience of working within a financial position, or a good strong customer service background is extremely beneficial - you will be required to navigate through numerous internal systems and provide outstanding customer care.
