We have a variety of full-time rotational shift patterns available - so whether you’re looking 35 or 40 hours per week we have an opportunity for you!

50% hybrid model meaning we offer our colleagues an option of working from home 50% of their working week- minimum of 3 days a week in the office!

A merchant payment processing and technology provider with a large customer support operation in Gateshead is looking for talented people to join the team and support customers to use their products and deliver a world class service.

You’ll work with customers to identify potential new products and ensure their package is right for them, so you’ll be a good conversation starter and comfortable with cross sales.

Being part of a team that lives and breathes great customer service, you’ll understand how important it is to put the customer at the heart of each interaction, answering inbound customer queries via telephone, instant messaging, and email with a 'right first time’ approach.
