About the role
We’re looking to recruit a confident and dynamic Change Manager to join an operation in Durham on a 12-month FTC to help deliver a number of key change programmes. This role would suit someone that has experience in delivering change in a fast-paced and complex environment, working with multiple stakeholders and departments.
Based in Durham with hybrid working available. The current expectation is to attend the office two days per month.

Responsibilities:
Working across multiple business functions to drive change, collaborative working and colleague engagement
Engage and support key stakeholders through change, providing coaching and support when required
Work with the SLT to deliver operational improvements in line with the wider business change strategy
Identify, analyse, track, and design risk mitigation activities
Monitor and track programme performance against the agreed benefits
Completing activities within pre-agreed timelines and delivery dates
Working closely with and managing third-party relationships involved in a project
About you:
Previous experience in a change, transformation, or project management role
A proven track record of successfully managing change programmes in a complex organisation
Significant stakeholder management experience with proven ability to engage and influence others to deliver the best outcomes
Experience in managing change in a fast-paced and agile environment
Ability to interpret and use complex data
Excellent communication skills at all levels
