We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Billing Advisers to join a team in Durham.

This is a hybrid role with currently 1 day per month in the office.

The focus of this role is to build strong relationships and deliver a world-class service to new and existing customers, as well as third-party relationships.

We are looking for someone who really understands how to connect with customers and colleagues to successfully deliver daily billing processes. You will need to have worked in a customer service-based role and have experience in managing and prioritising multiple workstreams.

Job expectations

• An excellent communicator, resolving customer billing issues and ensuring customers are kept up to date

• Able to clearly explain all tariffs, pricing methodologies, billing frequencies and formats

• Have a keen eye for detail, supporting the ongoing development and testing of billing and customer experience systems

• Understanding of billing methods and customer types

• A team player, positively contributing to the team’s monthly billing targets

• Educated to a minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent and/or high level of appropriate experience
