About the role

My client, a national 5 star housebuilder are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician to join a growing technical team based in our North East region.

You will be responsible for and be involved in a diverse range of duties and projects including Planning and Building Regulation Applications / Liaising with local Authorities, preparing design information and construction detailing, house type drawings, attending development and site meetings together with the necessary administration as will be required in connection with the duties associated with the Technical Department.

You should be fully conversant in AutoCAD software and ideally Revit, experience within the sector would be beneficial, while also having a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
