Georgina received a Bachelor of Arts in business and management. She aspires to be an exceptional consultant by matching extraordinary candidates to clients, achieving this by ensuring a technical, behavioural, and cultural fit.

"In line with our continued transformation we asked NRG to help us appoint two Non-Executive Directors to complement our existing Board members, and who would crucially share our Trust values and a passion for continuous improvement.We were keen to identify people likely to engage and inspire our staff, as well as work as part of a strong executive & non executive leadership team. Across two separate projects we asked NRG to explore candidates with experience within i) senior clinical leadership to drive improvements to the quality of care we deliver to our patients; and ii) within human resources with knowledge of transformational change involving staff across a large organisation.NRG assembled strong shortlists in relation to both roles and helped with a virtual interview and assessment process due to the government restrictions in place at the time.
