"Launched in 2017, Valens Medical Partnership is a patient led Primary Care Network group made up of 8 GP practices. We engaged NRG to carry out a search to identify suitable candidates for the role of Managing Director. We sought to recruit a values-focused candidate that could quickly and effectively establish and embed best practice principles around patient care - whilst also providing the strategic leadership necessary to drive the Partnership forwards.NRG conducted a detailed search, providing us with target candidates and the ability to shape the scope and direction of the search in line with our expectations around strength and suitability of the candidates shortlisted.
