About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our clients team, supporting business transformation through innovative technology solutions. This role will drive application-focused transformation programs and requires strong skills in stakeholder management, technical strategy alignment, and collaborative integration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of application-related transformation programs.

• Build consensus on technical strategy and solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Collaborate across departments, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

• Ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and security requirements.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and problem-solving across teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Requirements:

• Strong background in applications architecture.

• Expertise in design, customer engagement, requirements analysis, and agile delivery.

• Proficiency in solution design, technical and security governance, project delivery (agile and waterfall), risk management, and cost estimation.

• Experience in integration, business analysis, change delivery, and cost modelling.

Nice to haves:

• Knowledge of public sector procurement processes, ideally with Competitive Dialogue experience.

• Familiarity with public sector projects, with justice sector experience as a plus.
