We are partnering with a public sector organisation in Northumberland that has an exciting opportunity to join their HR Central Services division, a dynamic and vital part of the business.
This role allows you to support various areas within HR. Even though it's a 12-month contract, you'll have the chance to enhance your skills and gain experience in different generalist HR functions.

Your responsibilities:
Providing advice on HR matters such as performance management, payroll policies, and absence management
Collaborating with the HR Advisor to help them grow their knowledge and role
Assisting with the implementation of a new HR system and supporting its development
Promoting wellbeing and diversity and equality policies
Supporting senior managers to ensure best practices and effectively manage relationships
Performing generalist HR duties as needed
