Are you seeking a 12-month contract as a Senior HR Advisor?

We are partnering with a public sector organisation in Northumberland that has an exciting opportunity to join their HR Central Services division, a dynamic and vital part of the business.

This role allows you to support various areas within HR. Even though it's a 12-month contract, you'll have the chance to enhance your skills and gain experience in different generalist HR functions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing advice on HR matters such as performance management, payroll policies, and absence management

  • Collaborating with the HR Advisor to help them grow their knowledge and role

  • Assisting with the implementation of a new HR system and supporting its development

  • Promoting wellbeing and diversity and equality policies

  • Supporting senior managers to ensure best practices and effectively manage relationships

  • Performing generalist HR duties as needed
