Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and Lead the Team: Motivate and mentor the design team, steer projects to success, and build strong partnerships with clients.

• Oversee Project Execution: Coordinate team workflows, maintain high-quality output, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Craft Extraordinary Web Designs: Convert

  concepts into

  appealing, intuitive web designs that deliver outstanding user experiences.

• Drive UX Excellence: Deliver

  expert guidance on UX principles

  and ensure designs are always focussed on the user.

• Collaborate Across Departments: Work alongside development teams to seamlessly incorporate

  design into every stage of the project.

Skills and Experience required:

• Web Development Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the web development, ensuring design solutions align seamlessly with technical

  specifications.

• Expertise in User-Centered Design: Proven ability to create user-focused designs that prioritize usability, accessibility, and exceptional user experiences.

• Proficiency with Design Systems: Deep knowledge of design systems, including their principles, components, and application for consistent and scalable projects.

• Proficiency in design tools

• Client and Project Management: Demonstrated success in interacting with clients

  and delivering
