People Partner – Interim (9-Month Temporary Contract)

Gateshead (Hybrid Working)

2–3 days per week - 7 hours per day

£37.63 per hour

I am currently recruiting for a People Partner to join a busy and supportive HR team on a 9 month temporary contract.
This role requires someone with strong Employee Relations experience, you will be managing multiple complex cases simultaneously, so confidence, resilience, and sound judgment are key.

You will play a key role in partnering with managers, providing clear, practical advice, and helping to maintain a fair, consistent and solutions focused approach.
