Paralegal - Clinical Negligence

About the role

A well established and respected law firm with national recognition is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Paralegal to join their Clinical Negligence team based in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support solicitors and fee earners in preparing and progressing clinical negligence cases

  • Conduct preliminary analysis, research, and investigation into legal matters

  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks to assist with case management

  • Manage electronic filing systems and case documentation efficiently

  • Ensure all tasks are carried out with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities

  • Experience using electronic case management systems

  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively

  • A discreet and professional approach to handling sensitive information

  • A strong team ethic and commitment to client care
