Salary: £22,250 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual First Response Administrator (English & Lithuanian) to join our busy legal team in Newcastle City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a professional manner to become an integral part of our client care team.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, handling enquiries in both English and Lithuanian. You will play a key role in ensuring that all client information is accurately recorded, and that every enquiry is managed efficiently and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails from clients, providing clear and professional information in both English and Lithuanian.

  • Attendance Taking: Record accurate details of client enquiries and attendance notes for the First Response Team, ensuring all information is logged correctly in both languages.

  • Client Support: Assist clients with initial queries and direct them to the appropriate department or legal team member.

  • Case Administration: Update case management systems with relevant client data and maintain accurate, confidential records.

  • Team Coordination: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless handover of information and smooth client journeys.

  • Compliance: Ensure all communication and data handling meet the firm’s compliance and confidentiality standards.

About You:

  • Fluent in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

  • Confident working in a fast-paced office environment and managing multiple priorities.

  • Previous experience in an administrative, call handling, or customer service role—ideally within a legal or professional services environment—is desirable but not essential.
