About the role
We are delighted to be partnering with our client to recruit a Digital Skills Coach, joining their People & Culture team on an initial 9 month fixed term contract.
This is a brand new role with a fantastic opportunity to make an impact, ideal for a Learning & Development professional who enjoys helping others build confidence with technology and embrace new ways of working.
The Role
As Digital Skills Coach, you will design and deliver engaging, practical training to support the successful adoption of the organisation’s Document Management Solutions (DMS).
Working closely with the Project Team, you will play a key role in empowering colleagues across UK and international offices to get the most from digital tools, ensuring consistent usage and engagement across the business.
While specific systems training can be provided, a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 (particularly SharePoint and Teams) would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver tailored training programmes for end users on DMS platforms (iManage Work and MS365).
Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
Create engaging learning materials, from user guides and e-learning modules to video tutorials and FAQs.
Deliver one-to-one coaching, classroom sessions, webinars, and virtual workshops.
Measure training impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Partner with the Project Team to develop learning timelines and adoption strategies.
Align DMS learning with compliance, data governance, and organisational policies.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for learners.
About You
You will be a confident communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning experiences. You will combine hands on experience in IT or systems training with a strong understanding of how people learn best.
Essential:
3–5 years’ experience as an IT Trainer, Systems Trainer, or similar.
Experience delivering training across multiple regions or international offices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Desirable:
Knowledge of MS365 (particularly SharePoint and Teams).
Familiarity with iManage Work or other DMS platforms.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Exposure to system implementation or change management projects.
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) qualification.
Understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning methodologies.
