You will:

  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Project team to create effective training materials.

  • Deliver in-person IT training sessions to enhance Salesforce proficiency across the organization.

  • Provide comprehensive Salesforce training to address the diverse needs of users throughout the project phases.

  • Design and deliver customized blended learning solutions for specific business needs, such as presentation skills, time management, and resilience training.

  • Lead management and leadership training sessions, covering topics like leading people, situational leadership, and performance management and development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior trainer with a track record as a successful learning and development practitioner with experience in designing and delivering diverse training solutions, including leadership and management levels.

How we will reward you:

  • Salary circa £45,000 (negotiable)

  • 28 days annual leave

  • Company pension
