Role Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Partnerships to lead the development of a comprehensive partner programme aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding their market presence. This role will be crucial in establishing a scalable partnership strategy that aligns with their business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in partnership management, business development, and have a strategic mindset focused on fostering successful, long-term collaborations. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement Partnership Strategy: Develop a detailed partnership strategy that aligns with the company's broader business goals. Identify potential key partners and craft engagement plans that deliver mutual benefits.

  • Develop a Scalable Partnership Model: Establish a partnership framework that includes tiered partner levels, incentive schemes, and benefits, ensuring it can scale effectively with business growth.

  • Recruit and Onboard Partners: Spearhead the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of new channel partners. Ensure they are fully trained and ready to effectively promote and sell the company’s solutions.

  • Manage Partner Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing partners, ensuring they meet performance goals and actively contribute to the company’s growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the partner programme is fully integrated with the company’s overall objectives.

  • Measure and Report Programme Success: Establish clear KPIs to monitor the success of the partner programme. Provide regular updates on partner performance, revenue generation, and overall return on investment (ROI).

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to continuously refine and enhance the partner programme.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Significant experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing partnership programmes.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to align partner activities with overall business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across different teams.

  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
