We are partnering with Paul Cheetham Coaching and Consulting, to bring you a session centred around using Emotional Intelligence with your ‘Sandpaper Person’.

One of the key aspects of being an Executive/ Personal Assistant is to be able to handle difficult people. At the session, Paul will give an introduction to the topic of Emotional Intelligence. He will also help you explore how you are currently dealing with your ‘sandpaper person’ and create new ways to try in your next interaction!

Arrival from 17:30 at the NRG office (Neon, Quorum Business Park, NE12 8BU). There will be prosecco and nibbles.

This session is aimed at Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants.
