Drew has enjoyed 15 years working within and around Financial & Business Services, with a senior-level search career spanning London, Hong Kong, Edinburgh & Newcastle covering Banking, Governance and Practice. Delivering successfully on targeted search assignments for firms ranging from boutique specialised up to global leading Practice firms. With fostering close relationships with both client and candidate Drew prides himself on the match between an executive and an organisation, whilst focusing not only on qualifications and skills but aligning cultural fit and potential to enhance both parties’ aspirations of the process.

I worked with Anne across a variety of roles, but she provided an exceptional acquisition for us within a Risk and Compliance role which was key within the business.
