Senior Account Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity has came up with a leading full-service digital marketing agency in the UK, specialising in the financial services sector. They are looking for a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join their team, bringing expertise in digital marketing, consulting, and financial services.

Role:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing high-value, high-growth clients in the financial services sector. The role involves using digital marketing skills and financial services knowledge to deliver exceptional client service. You will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery. The role is remote, with an expectation to attend occasional face-to-face meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow high-value client accounts in the financial services sector.

  • Provide strategic marketing leadership both for your team and clients

  • Provide expert digital marketing and consulting services to clients.

  • Understand and address clients’ needs, aligning services with their business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Offer advisory services and insights on fintech and the financial services value chain.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive solutions.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage insights to benefit clients.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or similar role.

  • Strong and sophisticated digital marketing skillset and consulting experience.

  • ‘Full-stack’ marketing skillset including everything from SEO and Paid Ads to ABM and B2B Outreach.

  • Experience in managing high-value, high-growth clients.

  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services sector, including advisory services, fintech, and the financial services value chain.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with occasional travel.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or CPD in marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
