Job Title: Product Implementation Consultant

Location: Newcastle-Upon-Tyne

NRG are delighted to be working alongside the UK’s largest provider of back office, compliance, and workforce solutions in Primary Care and Dental who have ambitious and exciting growth plans and are looking for talented individuals to be part of their journey.

You’ll lead, coordinate and deliver successful implementation of products to new and existing customers, working closely with the team to ensure that the customer needs and expectations are met.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and coordinating successful projects to allow new and existing customers to roll out and make best use of products

  • Gathering and advising on project specific requirements, such as local configuration and localised information, and ensuring that these are effectively deployed Monitoring product usage data and working with customers to maximise the customer experience

  • Identifying and managing risks in relation to product implementation and feeding back to the relevant teams.

  • Working closely with the wider Customer Relations team to coordinate strategic communication, training and awareness events Contributing to the broader activities of the business unit and supporting the team as required

  • Representing customer feedback and unmet requirements to the team and supporting the product development of new features

  • Adhering to and maintaining the ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials standards within the business operating model.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 Years experience in an implementation or project management role ideally gained in a software, service or commercial environment

  • A high degree of IT literacy with an enthusiasm for the productive use of IT systems. Note that the role does not require software development or in-depth technical skills.

  • Proven ability in managing a service-based project, ideally in an environment with multiple client roles
