CONTENT CREATOR

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (Monday – Friday, on-site)

The marketing team is responsible for developing the brand, and communicating key messages to our audience, which includes clients, prospective employees, and existing staff. To be successful for this role you will be a talented copywriter with a keen interest in other aspects of marketing such as social media. You’ll be working in a small team meaning you’ll have plenty of opportunities to be creative and work across various projects.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Creating engaging and informative content across various platforms, including blog articles, social media, brochures and website copy.

• Designing graphics for printed and digital communications, including social media.

• Event planning

• Reporting and analytics

• Internal communications

• Keeping up to date with industry trends

• Competitor analysis

Experience

This position would suit a content creator with a minimum of 12 months experience and would be a perfect role for someone with excellent writing skills, a creative mind, and a flare for visual design.

Essential

• Excellent written communication skills

• The ability to adapt complex information into clear, concise, and understandable content

• Some experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva

• Understanding of the principles of SEO

• The ability to think creatively and come up with fresh ideas

• The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Desirable

• Some experience in video editing

• An understanding of Google Analytics

• Experience in producing social media campaigns

• Knowledge of the energy sector is also advantageous
