With over 27 years of experience in sales and the last eight specialising in recruitment, Graeme brings a wealth of commercial acumen and people insight to his role at NRG. Having worked across the IT, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors, he combines a consultative approach with a genuine passion for connecting talented professionals with opportunities that align with their skills and ambitions.

Born in Thornton Heath, South London, Graeme now resides in West Sussex with his two sons and their family dog. A lifelong Crystal Palace fan and season ticket holder, he brings the same loyalty and enthusiasm to his work as he does to supporting his team.

Graeme thrives on the challenges recruitment presents but finds the greatest satisfaction in helping candidates secure their dream roles and seeing the positive impact the right hire can make on a business.
