The major project to relocate after more than 40 years in the Newcastle city centre is the next step of our journey to allow us to grow, adapt and embrace emerging trends in the recruitment industry.
The grade A office space is situated on the ground floor of NEON. The design and fit-out has been carefully planned to create a contemporary, inspirational working environment for our colleagues, and fit-for-purpose for the future needs of our clients and candidates.
The spacious and bright open plan office space allows the specialist and executive search divisions of NRG to work collaboratively with teams from our recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business greenbean, to provide the best possible recruitment solution to our clients, and a positive experience for our candidates.

All staff have received an individual workstation assessment carried out by an independent advisor and with nearly 10,000 sq ft intended for our future expansion plans, we have been able to ensure social distancing measures can always be adhered to .
