Due to growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a number of experienced Change and Transformation Managers to join their team in Newcastle. The role can be fully remote across the UK with occassional travel to Newcastle office which will be reimbursed.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Planning, leading and delivering business change projects

  • Application of continuous improvement methodologies

  • Strategic change planning and monitoring

  • Engaging and guiding senior stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes

  • Crafting and delivery of engaging and effective communications and presentations to leadership

  • Utilising project planning processes, techniques, and tools

  • Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills


About you:

  • Stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent project and change management skills

  • Prince 2 or similar methodology experience

  • Commercial awareness and financial control skill

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, agile business environment

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making

  • Excellent oral and written communication as well as excellent presentation skills

  • Computer literacy in MS Office

  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications is desirable


The ideal candidate will have experience working cross-functionally with delivery partners (including IT) and experience in a back office setting either in Finance, HR and/or IT and/or Shared Services.
