We’re looking for a Corporate Actions Administrator to join one of the UK's leading independent providers of discretionary wealth management.
This role is office-based in Newcastle with a 9am-5pm schedule. You must be able to commute to the Newcastle office 5 days a week.
The company specialises in helping clients protect and grow their wealth by creating financial plans and investment portfolios that meet their personal and professional ambitions.
You will be responsible for monitoring regulatory reporting requirements to identify any necessary disclosures.
This role would be perfect for someone who has previous experience, and perhaps had a career break or is looking to move back into the finance sector.
Understand and adhere to Risk and Control Framework and Policy Framework specific to the role in Business Support
Ensure work is produced to a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner
Carry out all administrative duties
Identify continuous improvements in working practices
Provide an excellent client service
Support delivery of projects where appropriate
Compliance awareness and Regulatory experience
Strong numeracy and Microsoft Office skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience working in a high-pressure environment and ability to work to daily deadlines
