Due to business growth, our client is looking to add talented people to their friendly Credit Cards team based in Newcastle. For the right people this is a unique opportunity to build a successful career within financial services.
Using your excellent listening and communication skills gained from retail, hospitality, leisure, or a call centre environment, you’ll receive inbound calls from customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
By taking responsibility for each customer, you’ll use your own judgement to resolve queries appropriately – but don’t worry, full training will be provided so that you can do your role effectively.
With a start date of 17th January 2022, you will work a fixed shift pattern as follows: Tuesday - Friday 10am - 6pm plus a Saturday 9am - 5pm.
