Based near Leeds, their contact centre is at the heart of their business – it’s where they connect directly with customers via phone or WebChat.
As winners of the ‘Most Effective Digital Customer Experience’ at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2020, you will be part of an award-winning team that supports customers to become more ‘digitally confident’ and ‘assist them getting and remaining online’.
To be successful in this role you will be technically savvy demonstrated either through your work or because you have a personal passion for technology. You’ll have a good general understanding or experience of technical support, iOS and Android technology, web applications and an awareness of cyber security.
You will share your knowledge with empathy and help customers to understand the benefits of digital servicing and help them to access their accounts online with confidence. You’ll articulate complex matters in simple terms without the use of jargon, and ensure customers consistently receive a world class customer experience.

The contact centre in Morley has been thoughtfully designed with collaborative working spaces, shower facilities and changing rooms, and places to relax with pool tables and foosball.
There is also free parking on-site.
