We’re looking for Customer Service Team Members to join a Customer Service division based in Newcastle.
You will be responsible for answering inbound customer queries whilst contributing to the delivery of a seamless frontline service.
You’ll work a 3-week rotation of 8am-4pm / 11am-7pm and 12pm – 8pm and 1 in 3 Saturday’s 9am-4pm with a day in lieu through the week and a longer day to cover reduced Saturday hours.
Once you have successfully completed your training and probationary period you will have full flexibility and all of the equipment you require to work at home, or in the office. The work from home policy asks that you spend 8 days a month in the office, but if you want a blend or prefer to work in the office 100% of the time then the decision is yours!
