Due to business growth our client is looking to add talented people to their friendly General Insurance team to start on the 10th January 2022
As a Customer Service Advisor in the GI team you will work on either of the following rotas:
1: Mon, Tues, Wed: 4pm – 8pm plus Sat: 10.15am – 2.15pm
2: Mon, Thurs, Fri: 4pm – 8pm plus Sun: 1015am – 2.15pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll receive inbound calls from customers supporting them with any queries in a timely and professional manner.
You’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience to every customer by providing resolutions through your excellent rapport building skills
You’ll take responsibility for each customer, using your own judgement to provide the correct advice in order to resolve queries appropriately. You’ll follow system and procedural processes and ensure compliance with the FCA (full training will be given)
