Real Time Analyst - £34,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are looking an experienced Real Time Analyst to join one of the Best Companies in Yorkshire and The Humber as awarded by the Sunday Times Best Companies.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-award winning ‘Digital First’ contact centre operation in Morley, near Leeds.
You will be responsible for the real-time management and capacity planning of inbound customer contacts to ensure adherence to contractual and internal SLA’s.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a contact centre real time/intra-day analyst role with experience in using a workforce planning system such as Aspect and strong working knowledge of telephony platforms such as Avaya.
In return you will receive a basic salary up to £34,000 depending on experience and a great benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to spend up to 50% of your time working remotely, with the remaining time spent in an office thoughtfully designed with collaborative working spaces, shower facilities and changing rooms, and places to relax with pool tables and foosball.
