Business Change Manager – Contractor

This opportunity can be either as a Day Rate Contractor or on a Fixed Term Contract basis.

 

We are looking to recruit a confident and dynamic Change Manager to join a rapidly expanding operation in Newcastle as a consultant to help deliver a number of key change programmes. This role would suit someone that has experience in delivering change in a fast paced and complex environment, working with multiple stakeholders and departments.

 

As Change Manager you will report into the COO and will proactively work business wide, prioritising, planning, and delivering change in line with business goals.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Working across multiple business functions to drive change, collaborative working and colleague engagement

  • Engage and support key stakeholders through change, providing coaching and support when required

  • Work with the SLT to deliver operational improvements in line with the wider business change strategy

  • Identify, analyse, track, and design risk mitigation activities

  • Consult and coach internal project teams

  • Monitor and track programme performance against the agreed benefits.

 

About you:

 

  • Previous experience in a change and transformation role

  • A proven track record of successfully managing change programmes in a complex organisation.

  • A strong understanding on how businesses go through change and take their people on this journey

  • Significant stakeholder management experience with proven ability to engage and influence others to deliver the best outcomes

  • Experience in managing change in a fast-paced and agile environment

  • Ability to interpret and use complex data

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
