We are looking to recruit a confident and dynamic Change Manager to join a rapidly expanding operation in Newcastle to help deliver ongoing business change. This role would suit someone that has change management experience in a fast paced and complex environment, working with multiple stakeholders and departments.
As Change Manager you will proactively work business wide, prioritising, planning, and helping the SLT deliver change in line with business goals.
The salary is up to £45,000 plus bonus, and is based within their Newcastle office.
Working across multiple business functions to drive change, collaborative working and colleague engagement
Engage and support key stakeholders through change, providing coaching and support when required
Work with the SLT to deliver operational improvements in line with the wider business change strategy
Identify, analyse, track, and design risk mitigation activities
Consult and coach project teams
Monitor and track programme performance against the agreed benefits.
Previous experience in a change role
A proven track record of successfully managing change in a complex organisation.
Significant stakeholder management experience
Experience in managing change in a fast-paced and agile environment
Ability to interpret and use complex data
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills at all levels
