You will join a busy Service Desk, managing a high volume of inbound traffic as well as making outbound calls for follow ups.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Answer incoming Service Desk calls in a timely manner in line with KPls
Raise tickets from the support & alerts inbox and the client portal
Follow templates to successfully log tickets in the CRM system
Run monthly customer reports
Run monthly 365 review
Must have Active Directory administration experience
Must have Office 365 administration experience
Previous experience in a similar role desirable
Strong communication skills
Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
