A well-known North East tech company is looking for Tech Customer Support Agents to join their team.


You will join a busy Service Desk, managing a high volume of inbound traffic as well as making outbound calls for follow ups.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Answer incoming Service Desk calls in a timely manner in line with KPls

  • Raise tickets from the support & alerts inbox and the client portal

  • Follow templates to successfully log tickets in the CRM system

  • Run monthly customer reports

  • Run monthly 365 review


About you:


  • Must have Active Directory administration experience

  • Must have Office 365 administration experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable

  • Strong communication skills

  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
